This policy covers only this marketing website; the QRapor application (panel) has its own usage and privacy terms under your service agreement.

When you fill in the contact form: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), company/facility name (optional), and the subject and message content.

For form security: at submission time, an irreversible hash of your IP address and your browser information (user-agent) are stored briefly.

To respond to your message and get in touch about the information/demo you requested.
To share product updates and field-operations content if you subscribe to the newsletter.
To keep our forms secure and block unwanted/automated submissions (spam).

Contact form records are kept for a reasonable period needed to resolve your request and are reviewed periodically.
Your newsletter email address is kept until you unsubscribe; you may contact us at any time to request its deletion.

Database access is limited to authorized team members; this website uses a database completely separate and independent from the panel and API infrastructure.
