Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the personal data processed by QRapor as the data controller. This notice is provided for transparency to our international audience; the governing legal text remains the Turkish KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by QRapor, acting as the data controller, within the scope described in this notice.
Personal Data Processed
Contact form: full name, email address, phone number (if provided), company/facility name (if provided), and message content.
Newsletter subscription: email address.
Transaction security: an irreversible hash of your IP address and browser information.
Purposes of Processing
Evaluating and responding to your request/message.
Sending updates as part of your newsletter subscription.
Ensuring form security and preventing misuse.
Fulfilling legal obligations.
Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the contact and newsletter subscription forms on our website. Processing relies on your explicit consent (for the newsletter, under KVKK Art. 5/2) and/or being directly related to responding to your request as its legal basis.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting and infrastructure providers we use, except where legally required.
Retention Period
Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires, subject to the statutory limitation periods under applicable law.
Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if so; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK Art. 7; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
