What journey does a task take inside QRapor?
Area & QR setup
A manager adds every physical point in the facility (e.g. "Men’s Restroom – Floor 2") to the system; a unique QR is generated.
Task assignment
A checklist chosen from the task catalog is attached to the area with a set frequency (hourly/daily/weekly).
On-site scan
Staff scan the QR, get identity-verified, check off the list, and attach a photo if needed.
Instant processing
The record lands on the central dashboard within seconds, along with a timestamp and location.
Alerts & escalation
